Customer Service Text Messaging Privacy Policy

Oxford Acquisitions customer-initiated support messaging program

Effective date: September 7, 2026

SMS privacy commitment. We do not sell mobile information or share mobile information, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Scope

This Customer Service Text Messaging Privacy Policy explains how Oxford Acquisitions ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when a customer initiates a text message to (267) 225-5208 and we respond to the customer's request. This policy applies to the customer-service text exchange and supplements our general privacy policy, available at https://oxfordacquisitions.com.

How the Support Conversation Begins

The customer initiates the conversation by sending a text message to our support number. That incoming message authorizes us to respond concerning the customer's request and the related support exchange. It does not authorize unrelated, recurring, or promotional text messages. Marketing texts, if ever offered, require a separate opt-in and are not part of this customer-service program.

Information We Collect

Contact information. Your mobile telephone number and any name or contact details you provide.

Message information. The contents of messages and attachments you send, our replies, message timestamps, and delivery or error information.

Support information. Order, account, product, service, or transaction details you provide or that we reasonably need to locate and address your request.

Technical and security information. Information reasonably necessary to route messages, prevent fraud or abuse, troubleshoot delivery, and maintain the security of the program.

How We Use Information

We use this information to receive, route, investigate, and respond to your support request; verify relevant details; provide requested information or assistance; maintain records of the support interaction; monitor service quality; troubleshoot messaging problems; prevent fraud, misuse, and security incidents; comply with legal obligations; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

We do not use a customer-initiated support text as permission to enroll you in a recurring marketing program. We will not send promotional text messages based solely on your support inquiry.

When We Disclose Information

We may disclose information only as reasonably necessary to operate the support program, including to communications platforms such as Twilio, wireless carriers, telecommunications intermediaries, hosting providers, customer-support or ticketing vendors, security vendors, and professional advisers. These recipients may process information only to provide services to us, protect the service, comply with law, or perform another permitted business function.

We may also disclose information when required by law or a valid legal process; to protect the rights, safety, and security of customers, the Company, or others; or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law and the commitments in this policy.

No marketing disclosure. Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent are excluded from any disclosure to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional use. We do not sell, rent, or transfer SMS consent.

Retention

We retain text-message and support records only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide support, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal, accounting, or regulatory requirements. Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the request and applicable obligations.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Do not text payment-card numbers, passwords, government identification numbers, health information, or other highly sensitive information. If sensitive information is needed, we will direct you to an appropriate secure channel.

Your Choices and Rights

Stop texts. Reply STOP to opt out of further messages from this program. We may send one final message confirming the opt-out. After opting out, use another support channel unless you provide new consent to resume texting.

Get help. Reply HELP, call (267) 225-5208, or email [email protected].

Privacy requests. Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information by contacting [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where legally permitted or required.

Children's Privacy

This messaging program is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information through the program from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version at https://oxfordacquisitions.com and revise the effective date. Material changes will apply prospectively as required by law.
